For the Réinventer Paris project, we decided to build a place that showed the various opportunities and pros of the unity in group cohesiveness. A place with housings, agricultural production, work, creation, walks and relaxation. It’s also a living space: workshops-housing, urban and vegetational agriculture from the close suburbs to the roofings, shared spaces and services, increase worth of living and working together, unique walk along the Ourcq Canal to the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, craft industries and inclusive and environmental responsible local shops.

We offer to create the concept of “urban capillarity” and to shove the door at the 2Bis Ourcq Street to open the city to this exceptional area: participating in social integration, creating jobs, Hotel-Car and Agricultural-Car ideas, biotope development.
