An island in the City, a creative venue broadcasting arts and music on the Seine for the association Guinguette Pirate. Petit Bain is a floating cultural venue, anchored at the 7 Port de la Gare, at the foot of the Bibliothèque François Mitterrand in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. Constrained by the navigating norms, the building spread on three story for a length of 40 m, a height of 6 m and a width of 10,5 m. The two-level concert hall is immersed in the hull of the barge. It can welcome 450 party-goers. In the following if the spectators pit but at a higher level, a closed space welcomes the bar, the cloakroom and the toilet block. The ticket office, resources center and offices are all accessible from three different walkways. At water level, a 70 covers restaurant offers a breathtaking sight on the Seine. The terrace was conceived as an extension of the quays, as an unique suspended private garden on the Seine.

Blending into the urban landscape, color underline the horizontal circulations, wheres the frontages are cladded with wood.
