Lustre animé
A day compressed into 2 minutes 40 seconds. This map, twinkling like an immense, one-dimensional chandelier, shows the journeys of all the trains circulating on the French rail network. A system of garlands of LEDs is programmed to display soft sparkles for regional trains and luminous flashes for high speed intercity trains (TGV, train à grande vitesse). A magical animation which makes the spectator realize the simultaneity of movement and marvel at the complexity of the world of trains.
